Refunds & Cancellations
Cancelling 3+ working days before delivery:
Changed your mind? No problem. For cancellations made more than three working days ahead of your selected delivery date, we’ll issue a refund minus a £2 processing fee (to cover payment provider charges).
Cancelling within 3 working days of delivery:
As each order is freshly baked to your specifications, we begin preparing well in advance. Once we’re within three working days of your delivery date, we’re unable to cancel or refund your order.
This allows us to avoid unnecessary waste and maintain the high quality and care we put into every bake.
Note: Working days are Monday to Friday. We’re closed over the weekend.

We take great pride in what we send out, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please contact us at info@dujourbakehouse.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
Our team will review your message thoroughly. In some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned before processing a refund. Final decisions are made at the discretion of our management team.
